All of Oils Wholesome Oils & Vinegars makes an effort to find areas for each staff member’s unique abilities, focusing on the strengths of each person and making accommodations around areas where employees are not strong. Each employee is encouraged to learn how to accomplish their tasks independently, utilizing a patient combination of coaching, demonstration and education. Managers work with each employee, providing them with training until the employee is completely comfortable with the task before learning a new task. They are also proud to have one of their store managers be a member of the autism spectrum disorders community.
